It’s the wild west of real estate. With all these aggressive homebuyers, how can we become more approachable?

Goals that we kept top of mind during this endeavor: include all four family members (notice the illustration below and how we adapted that into the four building blocks that make up the final design), convey transparency, and illustrate the beautiful imperfection that is the home selling process.

My role in the project: market/competition research, color study, logo illustration, client presentation.

What’s in the market already?

We noticed a lot of harsh edges, sharp angles, and an emphasis on the ‘speed’ of selling your home. This gave us an opportunity to focus on: support, transparency, and imperfection.
